Welcome to the new Boyden Belgium and Luxemburg interim management website.

From 2004 we are delighted to be reuniting Boyden’s executive search and executive interim management. I am confident that we will serve our clients better by integrating the two business streams and managing them from a single location.

I'd like to take this opportunity to take a step back and talk about Boyden as a whole, and the concept behind our unique structure. With 70 offices in 40 countries, how do we maintain our unprecedented success?

It is the fact that our focus, Boyden's priority, is client service and top-notch search and executive interim professionals. Our priority is not shareholders, corporate managers and hierarchy pyramids. The "global community" we have built allows all offices to share global perspectives, which can then be customised as appropriate to account for and support local knowledge and udnerstanding.
